Remuneration and other compensation paid to eight Directors totaled ¥183,060,000, including ¥10,800,000 paid to two external Directors, and to three Corporate Auditors totaled ¥31,800,000, including ¥19,200,000 paid to two external Auditors. Individual amount is not disclosed.

Our remuneration and compensation policy is to determine the amount of base compensation and performance-based bonus based respectively on each individual's achievement of responsibility and contribution to performance of the Company, in accordance with standards stated for each position.
